Steve, who holds a black belt in karate, has put this weight lifting into one of his daily exercises. As Steve says of his achievement, although it was very difficult and painful to lift, I am proud to think that my finger is strong. I am so glad I broke this record. It was through my father that I was introduced to this training. He said thank you very much.
